Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Matchbook Club. This Shipping Policy outlines how and where we ship our products within the United States.

1. Shipping Regions

Matchbook Club currently ships domestically within the contiguous United States only.

Because our products contain materials that cannot be transported by air, we cannot ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Other U.S. Territories
  • International destinations

If an order is placed to a restricted location, we will cancel and refund the order.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Because matchbooks and candles are classified as flammable materials, all shipments must travel via ground transportation. Our primary carrier is UPS Ground and/or USPS Ground Advantage (depending on region and availability). Air transport will not be used for any order.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3–8 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. Matchbook Club may offer promotional shipping discounts at its discretion.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is tendered to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
